• We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the website are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other secure payment gateways integrated on the site.
• Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days of confirmation.
• Delivery times vary depending on location and courier service. Estimated delivery timelines are provided during checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or any force majeure events.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• At Leelavya, all sales are final. We do not offer any refunds at this time.
• Returns or exchanges are only applicable in the following cases:
  • Item received is Damaged
  • Item received is Defective
  • Incorrect Item was shipped
• To be eligible for returns or exchange, you must:
  • Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@leelavya.com
  • Provide your order number and a mandatory unboxing/opening video clearly showing the issue from the moment the package is opened
  • Ensure the product is unused and returned in its original packaging
• Note: Without a valid and complete unboxing video, your return/exchange request will not be accepted under any circumstance.
• Once the return is received, we may offer an exchange or refund (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after product inspection.
• We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our policy.

7. Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not already been processed or shipped.
• Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on Leelavya.com including images, product designs, text, graphics, logos, and code are the property of Leelavya and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
• You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission from us.

9. User Content & Reviews

• Any content (reviews, comments, feedback) you post on our site grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and publish such content.
• We reserve the right to remove or edit user-submitted content that we find inappropriate or in violation of our policies.
