• No refunds or cancellations once the order is placed and confirmed.
• All sales are final unless the product is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect.
• We do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind, color mismatch, size misjudgment, or delivery delays.

Eligible Conditions for Return or Exchange

We allow return or exchange only in the following cases:

• Item received is damaged or broken in transit.
• Item is defective or not functioning as expected.
• Wrong item delivered that doesn’t match your order.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

• A complete and clear unboxing video is mandatory for return or exchange eligibility.
• The video must begin before the package is opened and show:
  • Entire package condition (before opening)
  • Unboxing process without cuts or edits
  • Clear evidence of the damage or issue
• Return or exchange requests without video proof will be rejected.

Process to Initiate Return/Exchange

• Email us at support@leelavya.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• Provide your order ID, issue details, and attach the unboxing video.
• Wait for our team to verify the issue and approve the request.
• Once approved, return the item unused and in its original packaging.

Resolution Options

• If approved, we will offer either:
  • A replacement of the same product (subject to stock)
  • We may offer a refund (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after product inspection

Shipping & Costs

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
• Customer is responsible for shipping the return unless the mistake was from our end.
